What's not obvious
- A Credit rating runs 80 to 800. Rarer traits rate higher, by an onchain formula ↗
- Overprinting adds ratings. A Statement's credit points are the sum of every Credit in it.
- Locking a Statement is permanent. It turns WITHDRAWN and can't be unlocked.
- Locking releases the Statement's credit points as BALANCE, point for point.
- Your wallet artwork is the BALANCE it holds. It redraws when that BALANCE changes.
- The wallet artwork can't be sold or sent. It stays with the wallet, even when empty.

Credits is an artwork made from acts of trust.
Each eligible $8 payment through X Money becomes one Credit.
Each Credit is a complete artwork.
Its transaction ID is hashed into 256 bits.
256 bits become four 8 × 8 grids: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black.
The payment timestamp selects which layers show.
Each 8 in the X Money transaction ID registers visually.
Collect Credits, or burn 80 to make a Statement.
Statement assembly opens October 1, 8pm ET.
The maximum supply of Statements is 1,526. The minimum is 1.
